We understand that not everyone may want to or be able to order online. This is why we also accept orders via Whatsapp, in-fact, a number of our orders are actually done “offline” via Whatsapp.

How do I order via Whatsapp?
- Receive our catalogue by sending a Whatsapp message on 0638240909 / 0797011607. The catalogue will automatically be sent to you on your first message with us.
- Go through our catalogue and send us a list of the items you want to orders from us together with
- Your name and surname.
- Postal code for us to locate your nearest collection points or your delivery address if you prefer direct delivery.
- Email address*
- Email addresses are optional, if you do not have an email address you can still place your order, all order notifications will be sent via Whatsapp and SMS instead.
- We will send you an invoice with our payment details.
- Once payment is confirmed your order will be sent to you.
PRO-TIP: Instead of going through the catalogue you can add the products you want into your online cart / basket and send us a screenshot of the cart together with your details.

CAN JUST ANYONE ORDER? DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION?
Yes, anyone can order, no matter how big or small your farm is. We aim to support all farmers. Additionally all the items we sell do NOT need a prescription.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
No, we do not have a minimum order amount.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer 2 delivery options
- Collection point delivery to a Pargo collection point near you.
- Collections points include Clicks, Lewis, Beares, Caltex Fresh Stops, Silulo Ulutho Tech and more.
- Delivery is R75 regardless of where you are and takes 3 – 7 working days.
- Delivery is free for orders over R1000.
- Direct delivery to your preferred address.
- Delivery starts from R95 and takes 2 – 7 working days.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We offer various payment methods.
- Pay by EFT / bank transfer to our FNB Bank Account.
- Make a cash deposit at an FNB ATM to our FNB account.
- Pay online by card or instant EFT safely secured and facilitated by Payfast.
CAN I JUST WALK IN AND BUY.
Yes, you are more than welcome to walk in and buy.
We are based in Johannesburg in Kya Sands, this is just past Northriding. We would recommend phoning in first to check if the item that you want is available as since we sell on whatsapp and online so stock moves in and out quickly so availability may not always be guaranteed.
