RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
- If for any reason you are not happy with any of the products received from ComVet Veterinary Supplies (PTY) LTD, send us an email or Whatsapp message and tell us why. If the fault is not with ComVet Veterinary Supplies (PTY) LTD, it may be returned at your cost.
- Returns can only be done within 30 days of purchase.
- Vaccines are non-returnable.
- No products may be returned without prior written approval. A 10% handling charge will be applied for all material supplied as ordered, and any returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Postage costs for returns are for the customerโs account. In the unlikely event that ComVet Veterinary Supplies (PTY) LTD has made an error in the order, we will cover the collection and replacement costs.
- Once you have requested to return a product, we will organise with our courier for the product to be picked up, we will validate and check the product when we receive it. This can take up to 10 days. Once this is completed a refund will be processed to your nominated bank account. Your bank may take another 3 โ 5 working days to clear the funds into your account.
- We do not refund in cash, only to South African Bank Accounts.
- In some cases we may notify the manufacturer of the product who may request to be in contact with you to further investigate the reasons of returning the product if it pertains to a purported product failure. We will only ever forward you contact details after receiving your consent.
